Headquartered at Lakeshore Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Claremont Companies is a privately owned and closely held real estate investment, development, and asset management firm. The company was started in 1968 when it began investing in residential multi-family properties in Southeastern, Massachusetts.  In addition to managing it's existing portfolio of real estate, Claremont Companies is actively pursuing new acquisitions and is focused on both existing properties and development opportunities within the multifamily, hotel, and mixed use asset classes. In addition to its own equity investments, Claremont has recently launched a joint venture and lending division that provides equity, 1st mortgage, mezzanine, and bridge financing on various real estate projects throughout the United States.
