Patrick Carney, Chairman and CEO Patrick Carney defines and directs the company's vision and strategic initiatives. He is responsible for establishing the overall investment strategy of the Company and approves major transactions of the company. Having started in the company in 1968, Mr. Carney has over 39 years of real estate investment and development experience.
Elias Patoucheas, President In addition to administrative oversight, Mr. Patoucheas is responsible for real estate development, finance, investment and operations for Claremont. In his ten years at Claremont Mr. Patoucheas has completed over one billion in real estate transactions. A native of Massachusetts, Mr. Patoucheas received his BA from Babson College in 1997. Contact
Clare Cole, Chief Financial Officer Clare Cole oversees the company's finance and accounting departments. She is responsible for financial planning, budgeting and financial reporting. She also directs investment and cash management for the company. Ms. Cole is a CPA and holds a Masters of Science in Finance from Bentley College. In her six years with Claremont, Clare has served in key roles including CFO and Corporate Controller. Contact
Michael Conners, Vice President Michael Conners focuses on sourcing, locating, and financing real estate acquisitions and investment opportunities for Claremont Companies. In this role, he is responsible for locating opportunities, underwriting all potential acquisitions, and securing and negotiating debt financing. In addition to equity acquisitions, he has developed Claremont's lending program which is currently providing joint venture, bridge, mezzanine, and 1st mortgage financing in a number real estate ventures across the country including New England, Florida, and Nevada. Michael Phillips, Vice President of Construction Michael Phillips joined Claremont in 1994, focusing on specific construction plans, including renovations, modern and historic conversions and redevelopments. Michael is directly responsible for all construction leadership nationwide. His vision has earned Claremont numerous awards, including Apartment of the Year, by Architectural Record. Contact
Jim Letton, Regional Manager Jim Letton is responsible for the overall performance of the properties in Claremont's portfolio. Jim works directly with the managers of the communities to ensure that each property is performing as planned. He is accountable for the day to day operations of each site, including occupancy, collections, expenses, and resident related issues. Jim is also responsible for finding new and innovative ways to increase the value of each site by increasing revenue and decreasing expenses. Contact
