Kristin joined Claremont in 2007 as a Property Accountant having the responsibility of accounting services for all the residential apartment sites. In 2009 she was promoted to Assistant Controller where her role transitioned into accounting for the management company entities. As Claremonts hotel portfolio grew, the hotel financial reporting became her main focus . In her current role as Hotel Controller she oversees the financial reporting for the hotel portfolio as well as maintaining the accounting software M3.

Kristin graduated from Northeastern University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
