Richard Dannenbaum brings over 25 years of financial management experience and expertise to the Company with over 18 of those years in a real estate development and construction environment. In this role, Rich has managed all financial aspects of the development/construction process including; accounting practices, tax planning, budgeting and financial planning. He has been involved in the development and construction over $1.5 billion in real estate assets in Westchester County and Connecticut. He provides strategic advice to the CEO and President as well as the Investment Committee and other Company executives in such areas as interfacing with the financial community, financial analysis, acquisitions and dispositions, debt placement and restructuring, and joint ventures.

Rich joined Claremont in May 2017 after being the CFO of Feinberg Properties in New York City from August 2015. Prior to that he was the CFO of the Cappelli Organization in White Plains NY from August 2000. Before Cappelli, Rich was the CFO for JAH Realties in Purchase NY, a family owned real estate development company. Prior to JAH Realties Rich was a Senior Manager in Ernst and Young LLC’s New York real estate practice.

Rich holds a BS degree from Rutgers University and is a licensed CPA.
